Police Are In the Process of Examining Over A Million Photos and Videos
21 September 2026: Depravity has seemed to have reached a new low in Pennsylvania, as multiple law enforcement agencies have descended on the house of R.C Horsch and his son, Eugene. The property on Chew Avenue in the Olney neighborhood of Philadelphia, frequently referred to in news coverage as a “house of horrors”.
The massive investigation into the Horsch property didn’t begin as a missing persons search or a homicide probe—it started with a routine traffic stop. On June 19, 2026, a park ranger stopped a BMW near Independence Mall on Market Street in Philadelphia. The car was being driven by Eugene Horsch (44 years old), and a female passenger was inside who provided a fake identification under the name Blair Tonzelli (who had been reported missing years prior according to NamUS records).
Upon searching, authorities found illegal firearms and a substantial amount of drugs tied to Eugene, leading to his arrest on federal weapon and drug charges. Eugene’s arrest prompted law enforcement to execute search warrants on the family’s property on West Chew Avenue in Philadelphia’s Olney neighborhood (where Eugene had lived alongside his late father, Raymond “R.C.” Horsch).
When law enforcement and federal agencies searched the home, they uncovered a massive scale of contraband—including a marijuana grow operation, fake badges, and crucially, digital storage devices containing over a million images and videos. Sifting through that digital evidence is what ultimately blew the case wide open, exposing connections to missing women, abuse, and potential homicides.
Status of Other Individuals Identified in Files
Police and the FBI have identified 58 total people within the recovered photos and videos.
- 4 appear lifeless (including the victims noted above)
- 10 suffered drug overdoses well after the videos were taken and were found at separate locations in Philadelphia.
- 16 were located and interviewed, though police noted they have been largely uncooperative.
- 25 are known to be alive, and interviews are being scheduled.
- 3 individuals contacted authorities stating they appear in the images but refused to come forward or cooperate.
Things To Keep in Mind
This massive multi-agency probe began as a routine traffic stop on June 19th. Up until that time there was no investigation at all. The logistical hurdle law enforcement faces by sifting through over 1 million digital items is tremendous. Only 30% has been fully reviewed. There will be no doubt more information as the investigation progresses.

God saw that the entire world was corrupt. What kind of corruption? In Genesis 6:11, the word translated as “corrupt” is the Hebrew verb shachath (שָׁחַת). At its foundational, physical level, shachath means to spoil, ruin, decay, or mar—similar to food rotting, a garment being shredded, or an object being broken beyond repair. It describes something that has lost its original integrity, function, or purity.
This corruption goes beyond the definition of corruption in today’s context. This describes a moral decay, now get this: Humans twisting their behavior away from how they were designed to live, departing completely from right conduct.
This is word-for-word, exactly what is going on in the world today. What have we just seen? When this liberal women, just as the Bible predicted, have become corrupt in their thinking to the point where they actually believe that women shouldn’t be held accountable for the murder of young children. People like Lindsay Clancy and Corie Walsh, who committed brutal murders of their own children. using Post-Partum Depression as a justifiable excuse for their actions.
These are the very end of the last days. Even the most ardent atheist will tell you that these days are unsustainable. What we have is this evil political system, Socialism, trying to get control of the entire world in order to pave the way for the antichrist.
