Yet Another Earthquake: Anchorage Alaska Rattled by a 5.4 Magnitude Quake (30 Oct. 2025)
A moderate earthquake measuring 5.4 on the Richter scale struck southern Alaska on Thursday morning, just after 9:30 a.m. Alaska Time. The quake, which was centered about 29 miles southeast of Fox River and approximately 110 miles south of Anchorage, had a depth of 12 miles according to the U.S. Geological Survey.
Residents in Anchorage and surrounding areas felt the tremors, though initial reports indicate there has been no significant damage. The National Tsunami Warning Center has assured there is no risk of tsunami from this event.
Birth Pangs
One of the most telling signs of the end is an earthquake. It is probably one of the most well-known of signs. However, the significance of an earthquake is not the earthquake itself, but the frequency of earthquakes.
In the last 24 hours, there have been approximately 107 earthquakes worldwide with a magnitude between 3.0 and 4.0, plus 34 earthquakes between 4.0 and 5.0, and 4 earthquakes above magnitude 5.0. That adds up to about 145 earthquakes of magnitude 3.0 or higher across the globe in the past day.
Jesus compared these earthquakes to ‘birth pangs’ or what we would call labor pains. As a woman’s time to give birth draws closer and closer, then labor pains get more and more frequent. And that is the significance of earthquakes around the world.

New York Mayoral Candidate Mamdani has Strong Antisemitic Paranoia (30 Oct. 2025)
His full name is Zohran Kwame Mamdani, born in 1991 in Kampala, Uganda. He currently serves as a New York State Assemblymember and is the Democratic nominee for mayor of New York City in the 2025 election. And his anti-Israeli rhetoric is unsurpassed.
New York City has, so far, embraced their new mayoral candidate Zohran Mamdani, which doesn’t surprise Christians in the least. But what is surprising is the numbers of Jews who live in New York who don’t seem to be that troubled with Mamdani’s past. Mainstream Jewish organizations, such as the Anti-Defamation League (ADL), have strongly criticized Mamdani’s comments linking the NYPD to the Israeli military. They view his rhetoric as antisemitic or conspiratorial. Orthodox and conservative Jewish leaders have generally opposed Mamdani’s candidacy, citing his alignment with anti-Zionist movements and inflammatory statements.
Progressive Jewish groups, including some members of Jewish Voice for Peace and DSA-affiliated Jews, may support Mamdani’s broader platform on housing, policing, and Palestinian solidarity—but even within those circles, his rhetoric has sparked debate.
Mamdani’s 2023 Comments: What He Said
During a panel at the Democratic Socialists of America’s 2023 national convention, Mamdani made the following statement:
“We have to make clear that when the boot of the NYPD is on your neck, it’s been laced by the IDF.”
This was part of a broader argument about connecting international struggles—specifically the Israeli-Palestinian conflict—to domestic issues like police brutality. He emphasized the need to make these issues “hyper-local” so working-class Americans could relate to them. But in actuality, Mamdani was doing exactly what you’d expect your typical Jew-hater to do: Create fear and hatred among the people in order to perpetuate antisemitism.
Mamdani argued that U.S. police departments, including the NYPD, have trained with Israeli forces, and that this connection should be highlighted to expose systemic oppression. In other words, if a dog plays with a cat, the dog has been contaminated by the cat. Mamdani and people like him want to make the unspoken assertion that Israelis corrupt anything they come in contact with. He also said activists must materially connect international struggles to local realities, especially in cities like New York where such ties are visible. In other words, as Hilary Clinton once said, “Never waste a good crisis.” Blaming Palestine on New York City Police officers makes perfect sense in the world of the insane.
Public Reactions
- Jewish leaders and critics called the comments antisemitic, accusing Mamdani of promoting a conspiracy theory that blames Israel for U.S. police violence.
- Jonathan Greenblatt, head of the Anti-Defamation League, said Mamdani’s remarks were “twisted fear mongering” and labeled them antisemitic.
- Kalman Yeger, a fellow New York assemblyman, said Mamdani’s rhetoric showed “hate for Jews and cops”.
- Republican candidate Curtis Sliwa and Independent candidate Andrew Cuomo both criticized Mamdani, with Cuomo calling his rhetoric “frighteningly high” in terms of antisemitic sentiment.
But in New York City, where sanity is in short supply, Mamdani still appears to be doing well in the polls. Mamdani shouldn’t be singled out for his astonishing rhetoric. He is simply following in the footsteps of the previous National Socialist leaders who have gone before him. Keep in mind, NAZI stood for National Socialist Worker’s Party.
An Oath that is Broken Even Before it is Made
If Mamdani were to be elected Mayor of New York, he would be required by law to swear an oath of allegiance to the United States Constitution. The question is, who is going to believe him if he does swear this allegiance? What will happen the first time he breaks it? Keep in mind, Mamdani has already publicly made his disdain for the Constitution very clear: His comments were made in a panel titled “Socialist Internationalism: The Solution to the Crisis of Capitalism”, where he tied global struggles to capitalist interests in the U.S.
Again, none of this seems to worry the New York City voters very much. They seem to be very inclined to the idea of giving up their freedom for a vision of utopia. In short, Mamdani is the worst type of antisemitic: smart, articulate, charming. All of the things that remind me of a young Austrian in the 1920’s, who felt the frustrations of an enemy that only existed in his own mind.
The End Times Are Here
The current antisemitism trend in the world is shooting upwards like a rocket. Even among people who call themselves Christian, this attitude that God has forgotten the Jewish people is a false teaching that has existed for centuries. The fact that Jesus himself is a Jew is completely lost on them.
The Bible has warned us that at the time of the end, many leaders would rise up against Israel:
2 “I am going to make Jerusalem a cup that sends all the surrounding peoples reeling. Judah will be besieged as well as Jerusalem. 3 On that day, when all the nations of the earth are gathered against her, I will make Jerusalem an immovable rock for all the nations. Now many people have become confused by the word ‘besieged’. Understand that word can have multiple meanings. In the traditional sense, it can mean surrounded by enemy troops. It can also mean surrounded by nations who are hostile towards you. And sometimes we use that word in a completely symbolic meaning. A person can be “Besieged by reporters”, under the right circumstances; ‘besieged by comments’ has become a phrase to describe social media’s ‘viral’ posts. In truth Israel is currently besieged; there are no friendly nations in their proximity. They are besieged by remarks from leaders from all over the world.
Exactly as the Bible predicted, Jerusalem has become a burdensome stone to all the nations. Right now, of the 193 nations who are member states of the United Nations, 150 of them has publicly made a stand against Israel in favor of Palestinian lies.
Every generation has had an excuse for hating Jews; Genocide in Palestine is nothing more than this generation’s excuse.

Truth Social that he has ordered the Department of War to resume nuclear testing, although he didn’t make it clear exactly what he meant. According to the post, he stated that he had instructed the Pentagon to restart nuclear weapons testing “on an equal basis” with other countries. He emphasized that the U.S. has more nuclear weapons than any other country, and claimed that Russia is second and China a distant third, though China is expected to catch up within five years.
The U.S. has not conducted a live nuclear test since 1992, though it maintains the ability to resume if ordered. Of course, critics wasted no time calling out the President’s decision, claiming that resuming nuclear testing could undermine international arms control agreements, including the Comprehensive Nuclear Test Ban Treaty (signed in 1996 but never ratified by the U.S.).
The Bible Echoes Today’s Environment
Today we see a very unique pattern become established all around the world. Countries are more and more talking about peace but preparing for war. Over recent months, Russia has moved troops to the borders of NATO countries, pushed the limits on encroaching on NATO airspace, and even making threats to begin World War 3 if provoked.
China has been doing the same, escalating tensions with several nations through airspace violations, military drills – most notably targeting Taiwan, the US, and Japan. Other nations as well have been taking provocative steps against its neighbors.
The Bible of course says,

See that you are not alarmed, for this must take place, but the end is not yet. 7 For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom, and there will be famines and earthquakes in various places. 8 All these are but the beginning of the birth pains. – Matthew 24:6-8 ESV
And to make this even more chilling many scholars point to this verse as their believe that a nuclear war is inevitable.

In an absolutely disgusting show of hatred for the Jewish people, Kenneth Leland Morgan was arrested outside of a bar in Athens, Georgia. The person he assaulted was a female University of Georgia student named Grace Lang, who Morgan targeted because she is Jewish.
Morgan was denied entry to Cutter’s Pub and got into an argument with two women, including Lang, over his Nazi attire. Lang tried to remove his swastika armband, and Morgan struck her in the face with a glass pitcher, causing injuries that required stitches. The event went viral on social media, sparking outrage and concern—especially among the Jewish community and local leaders. The University of Georgia expressed horror and stated that Morgan was not affiliated with the school.
Morgan was booked on misdemeanor battery and felony aggravated assault. He reportedly lost his job and spent several days in jail, but white supremacists, including Paul Miller, helped raise bail through a controversial crowdfunding campaign. Fundraising efforts have included donors using names supporting Nazi ideology.

Hatred, Rebellion, Lawlessness – All Signs of the Last Days
The Bible tells us plainly that hatred, rebellion and lawlessness would be prevalent in the last days. Let’s face it: any man who would assault a woman at all is not much of a man to begin with. But to assault someone because of their DNA makes no sense at all. This is the mindset of someone who has a warped mindset to begin with. But this is what happens when someone allows themselves to be consumed with hate.
4 We know that we have passed from death to life, because we love the brethren. He who does not love his brother abides in death. 15 Whoever hates his brother is a murderer, and you know that no murderer has eternal life abiding in him. – 1 John 3:14-15 NKJV
Hate itself is a dangerous thing! Hate can warp your mind, and give your mind a veil of darkness, so everything in this world seems dark and evil. And worst of all, hatred makes you feel like you belong to the darkness and evil. And whoever embraces that mindset is embracing death.

Unfortunately, this condition cannot be changed. No amount of punishment can dispel hatred. No amount of counselling, education, or conditioning can remove hatred from the soul. There is only one solution that can change the mindset, and that is acceptance of God’s gift of salvation and the replacement of the stony heart with a heart of flesh. But most people who are bound into this spirit of hatred automatically reject any sign or semblance of love.
We are living in the last of the last days; the unmistakable signs are all around us.

The tremor was felt across the eastern Caribbean, including Antigua, St. Vincent, and Martinique. Despite its strength, no major damage or injuries were reported. A brief tsunami warning was issued but later lifted.
The USGS issued a Green alert, indicating a low likelihood of casualties and economic losses. Several strong aftershocks followed, and the region remains seismically active. Residents in nearby islands also reported feeling the tremors.

Trans Teen Admits to Plotting School Shooting, Having ‘Shrine’ to Mass Murderers (27 Oct. 2025)
It seems that Indiana has managed to avoid another school shooting, much like the epidemic of cases that are plaguing not only America, but many parts of Europe as well.
Trinity J. Shockley, 18 of Mooresville, Indiana, attended Mooresville High School in Morgan County. The small county has a population of just over 9,000 residents. Shockley considers herself a ‘trans’ teen male and often goes by the names Jamie or Dex according to authorities.
According to reports, the FBI received a tip about the planned school shooting plot, planned for Valentine’s Day, they coordinated with the Mooresville Police Department, confirming that the alleged target was Mooresville High School.
Ms. Shockley pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit murder after authorities uncovered a disturbing plan to carry out the mass shooting at Mooresville High School on Valentine’s Day.
She originally faced conspiracy to commit murder and two counts of intimidation to commit terrorism. The plea deal dropped the intimidation charges. Shockley admitted guilt to the murder conspiracy charge, a Level 2 felony in Indiana, which carries a sentence of 10–30 years. Sentencing is scheduled for November 24.
Court documents revealed Shockley had extensive homicidal thoughts, documented in notebooks and online messages. Despite seeking help, a school official said Shockley’s father refused mental health treatment.
Obsession with Mass Shooters
Investigators found a “shrine” to infamous killers like Nikolas Cruz, Dylann Roof, and Ethan Crumbley. Shockley used the handle “Crazy Nikolaz” and referenced plans for a “Parkland part two.” The FBI received a tip that Shockley had access to an AR-15 rifle and had ordered a bulletproof vest. The planned attack was timed for lunchtime to maximize casualties. Shockley later told police the plan was a “joke” and expressed fear of living, referencing trauma from a 2022 car accident that caused brain injuries.
The Bible’s Warning on Such People
This is not the first instance we’ve seen where these trans individuals turn to violence. The Bible warns us about people who in the last days, repeatedly resist any acknowledgement of God. God wants these people would abandon these evil ways and gives them every opportunity to leave this destructive lifestyle. But God has made a promise to all of us that he would never violate our free will. After resisting his call, he has no choice but to leave them open to the consequences of their decisions.
28 And just as they did not see fit to acknowledge God any longer, God gave them over to a depraved mind, to do those things which are not proper, 29 being filled with all unrighteousness, wickedness, greed, evil; full of envy, murder, strife, deceit, malice; they are gossips, 30 slanderers, haters of God, insolent, arrogant, boastful, inventors of evil, disobedient to parents, 31 without understanding, untrustworthy, unloving, unmerciful; 32 and although they know the ordinance of God, that those who practice such things are worthy of death, they not only do the same, but also give hearty approval to those who practice them. – Romans 1:28-32 NASB
While each individual is different, unless Ms. Shockley decides to share her reasoning and mindset as to why she would plot such a thing, we can only speculate on her motivation. But the Bible gives us a clear insight as to why someone like Shockley could ever come to that decision in the first place.

Montana Mother Charged with Homicide After Disabled Toddler Found Dead in Trash-Filled Home (27 Oct. 2025)
In what is a truly disturbing story out of Dillon, Montana, Nichole Lynn Boyer, age 28 has been charged with deliberate homicide of her 2-year-old son. Her son, identified as S.B in court was a special needs child who had spina bifida, club feet, and hydrocephalus, also known as ‘water on the brain’.
The story of her living conditions is also deeply troubling. Investigators described it as “poor,” with trash, rotten food, and animal feces throughout. The child’s body was found upstairs, covered with a sweatshirt, next to a mattress in a filthy room. Boyer reportedly told deputies, “Just take me to jail,” and admitted she stopped caring for the child in September.
The affidavit paints a heartbreaking picture of neglect. Boyer claimed she had been feeding and checking on the child daily, but later admitted to abandoning those efforts weeks before his death. The air conditioning unit was still running in the room, despite outdoor temperatures being around 44°F.
The Bible’s Predictions on Today’s Generation
Of course, it is hard to have sympathy for anyone in this story except for the poor child who needed and deserved better attention and care than what he received. The truth is, this is a mother who, according to the affidavit, makes no mention of involvement from family members, social services, medical professionals, or community support systems.
The absence of documented support raises difficult questions about systemic oversight and the isolation that some caregivers face—especially when dealing with severe disabilities in rural or underserved areas. Boyer’s admission that she stopped caring for the child in September suggests a breakdown not just in personal responsibility, but potentially in broader safety nets.
Those who have read other articles I have written know I am not afraid to confront people whose actions were purely negligent. But this obviously is a woman who had just reached the end of her rope. Boyer’s statement, “just take me to jail” shows someone who was very overwhelmed, and had basically given up. Where was the community, local churches, relatives, or government services? What about the doctors assigned to the care of this child? Why was this child allowed to slip through the cracks?
The Bible makes it clear that in the last days, people will only be concerned with themselves and will take no pity on those in their neighborhoods, their communities, or even their families.

Two churches in Casar, North Carolina were deliberately set on fire in what authorities are calling acts of arson. The incidents occurred between 9 and 10 p.m. on Friday, October 17, and thanks to quick-thinking neighbors, both churches were saved from total destruction.
Tabernacle Baptist Church (Corinth Church Road) and Calvary’s Cross Baptist Church (Mt. Zion Church Road) were targeted; both buildings sustained damage, but the fires were extinguished before they could fully consume the structures. The Cleveland County Sheriff’s Office credited local citizens and first responders for their swift action.
After a week-long investigation, deputies arrested Craig Vegh, a 40-year-old resident of Casar. He faces multiple charges:
- Two counts of burning a church/religious establishment
- Possession of methamphetamine
- Destroying/altering evidence
His bond was set at $500,000. As of now, no specific motive has been publicly confirmed for Craig Vegh’s alleged arson of two churches in Casar, North Carolina. Authorities have charged him with burning religious establishments, possession of methamphetamine, and destroying evidence—but they’ve stopped short of explaining why he targeted these churches.
Christianity is a religion that truly is founding on service to our fellow man. Jesus made it plain that he expects us to follow two rules.

Despite this, Christians are mocked, shunned, made fun of, harassed. Even in America, we’re starting to see the trend where Christians are becoming the target of violence. In many cities where liberal leaders are elected, laws have been passed that discriminate against Christianity. Charlie Kirk was gunned down in public because he dared to confront the evil left-wing values that are being taught in our colleges and universities. And this is because Satan doesn’t fear other religions; but he fears Christians.
Jesus told us one thing that should be at the front of the minds of Christians. He warned us that the time would come when we would face persecution. So be glad; events like this let us know that time is drawing to an end.

These attacks have become a daily occurrence, to the point where the conditioning we receive from it makes just shake our heads in disbelief and then move on to the rest of our day. Yet what is going on in this country and indeed all over the world is the direct result of the evil influence that has come upon the world. People have invited hatred into their hearts, and the result of hatred is a coldness in our attitudes toward our fellow man. That festers inside of us, and the roots of violence begin to take hold. If that hatred is allowed to continue to grow, acting out on those roots of violence is the next step in a progression of the evil influence.

Twelve people were wounded in seven separate shootings across Washington, D.C., on Friday night and early Saturday—a surge in violence that marked one of the city’s most intense nights since federal law enforcement reinforcements began in August.

Most Serious Injury: A man was found unconscious inside an apartment on Hiatt Place NW around 2 a.m. He sustained potentially life-threatening wounds.
Other Shootings: Incidents occurred on Yuma Street SE, 50th Street SE, 16th Street NW, and Benning Road NE—each leaving victims with non-life-threatening injuries.
Violence is a Key Sign
One of the things that the Bible points to is an overwhelming increase in violence. These things continue to happen even though Washington DC now has active National Guard troops patrolling the area to help the DC Police. The Bible tells us that in the last days,
28 And just as they did not see fit to acknowledge God any longer, God gave them over to a depraved mind, to do those things which are not proper, 29 being filled with all unrighteousness, wickedness, greed, evil; full of envy, murder, strife, deceit, malice; they are gossips, 30 slanderers, haters of God, insolent, arrogant, boastful, inventors of evil, disobedient to parents, 31 without understanding, untrustworthy, unloving, unmerciful; 32 and although they know the ordinance of God, that those who practice such things are worthy of death, they not only do the same, but also give hearty approval to those who practice them. – Romans 1:28-32 NASB
Furthermore, the sheer incidents of violence further confirm to us that we are living in the last days. Jesus compared the last days to the ‘days of Noah’; a time when violence was rampant, corruption was throughout the lives of the people in those days. Russia Prepares for War with NATO (25 Oct. 2025)
One of the most well-known prophecies in the Bible, “Wars and rumors of wars” is once again making headlines. For months now, a cautious game of life and death has played out between Russia and NATO partners along the Arctic circle.
Norway’s defense minister, Tore Sandvik, has raised alarms about Russia’s military buildup in the Arctic, particularly on the Kola Peninsula. This region, home to Russia’s Northern Fleet and one of the world’s largest nuclear arsenals, is reportedly seeing increased activity, including the development and testing of advanced weaponry like hypersonic missiles and nuclear-powered torpedoes.
Sandvik warns that Russia’s strategic goal may be to dominate Arctic naval routes, potentially blocking NATO allies from accessing key shipping lanes critical for resupplying forces during conflict. The buildup is seen as part of Russia’s broader effort to bolster its “second strike” nuclear capabilities—its ability to retaliate in the event of a nuclear attack.
The article underscores growing tensions between NATO and Russia in the Arctic, a region of increasing geopolitical importance due to its strategic location and emerging shipping routes as ice recedes.
The Bible’s Many Predictions
In the Bible, there are many prophecies concerning the end of time and war. The first and most well-known is Matthew 24:6
“And ye shall hear of wars and rumors of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet.” — Matthew 24:6 (KJV)
In over a thousand years of human history, not a single year has passed without bloodshed somewhere on Earth. Peace, it seems, is not the default—but the exception. And yet, the longing for it remains universal. As prophecy foretells, wars and rumors of wars will continue until the end. The question is not whether peace will come, but what kind of peace we seek—and who we trust to bring it.
But other prophecies are coming to pass that make this more timely than ever. The Bible tells us that in the last days, people will be terrified at the things coming upon the earth. It even goes as far as to say it will cause many to take their own lives.

Why is this something that terrifies us more than previous generations? Nuclear war. Which is something that actually the Bible speaks about. Some say that Zechariah 14:12 describes a nuclear detonation:
And this shall be the plague with which the LORD will strike all the people who fought against Jerusalem: Their flesh shall dissolve while they stand on their feet,
Their eyes shall dissolve in their sockets, and their tongues shall dissolve in their mouths. – Zechariah 14:12 NKJV
And among all the other prophecies happening in the world today, God’s word is proving itself true with each passing day.

Tragedy In Arizona: Grandfather Shoots Family, then Turns Gun on Himself (24 Oct. 2025)
In a very sad story out of Arizona, A grandfather killed his daughter and her two children before turning the gun on himself.
Justice Jones (31) and her children, Kyle (10) and Tyme (8), were shot to death. Justice’s father, Duane Michael Jones (64), was also found deceased with the gun still in his possession. The four family members lived together in Pima, Arizona, and were found dead in their home on October 16, 2025, in an apparent murder-suicide.
According to reports, Pima Police officers responded to a welfare check on the home. After finding the bodies, police sealed off the home and initiated an investigation.
A Curious Facebook Message
On the night of the incident, mother Justice Jones posted an odd “good night” message. According to a family member, she posted the words “good night”, along with an emoji of a smiley face with a slash for a mouth, generally accepted to mean mixed emotions. However it can also mean a wide range of things including Skepticism, Confusion, Disappointment, Frustration, Indecision, Mild discontent or doubt, and Uncertainty or “meh” feeling. 🫤
Breana Flores, a member of the family said:
“I just hope that they were asleep, and no one had to see anything happen to the others, and that, you know, they didn’t have to experience any type of fear before it happened,” she said.
What Does the Bible Have To Say?
Of course, unless the police release a message written by Jones himself describing his motives, we probably will never know what the exact motivation was for this horrible tragedy. Yet I’ve always believed this passage held far greater significance than most people realize or acknowledge.

For years, many prophecy experts have concluded this meant heart attacks. However, I have often thought this was more along the lines of suicide. After all, what could be a better description of suicide than a person’s heart failing them for fear? What would motivate someone to do such a terrible thing more than fear and dread of what might happen tomorrow?
The truth is that the legacy media refuses to talk about suicide. As to why, you would have to ask them. But there is a reason billboards are popping up all over America with toll free numbers for anyone who might be contemplating suicide.
Here are key statistics about suicide in America since 2021:
- The suicide rate has risen in recent years, reaching approximately 14.7 deaths per 100,000 people in 2024—the highest rate since 1941.
- In 2022, there were 49,369 suicide deaths, also the highest annual total recorded.
- Suicide rates were 14.1 per 100,000 in 2021, 14.2 in 2022, and about 14.1 in 2023; 2023 saw more than 49,000 deaths by suicide.
- Men are nearly 4 times more likely to die by suicide than women (in 2023: 22.8 per 100,000 for men versus 5.9 for women).
- Suicide remains the 11th leading cause of death overall in the U.S., but it is the second leading cause of death for ages 10–34 and the fifth for ages 35–54.
- Firearms are the leading method of suicide, accounting for over 54% of deaths in 2022.
- Youth suicide attempts are on the rise, especially among teen girls and marginalized groups; about 10% of high school students attempt suicide and 13% of females are affected.
- Suicide rates are highest among middle-aged adults (35–54), those over 85, and American Indian/Alaska Native populations.
- Seasonal variation: Suicides tend to peak in late spring and early summer, decline in winter.
- According to recent CDC data, reported cases of depression, anxiety, and substance use disorders are sharply rising, especially since the pandemic.
- Key drivers include trauma, loneliness, economic hardship, substance abuse, and an inadequate mental health system.
For someone who isn’t a Christian, the modern world is a very terrifying place. However, for those of us who believe, we don’t fear the world, because the Bible tells us “Greater is he that is within me, than he that is within the world.”

More Earthquakes Rattle Northern Carolina (24 Oct. 2025)
A few days ago, North Carolina registered a very small 1.7 magnitude earthquake. Today two more earthquakes were felt. These quakes were slightly bigger than the previous one. The first one stuck at 1:20 am local time, and was recorded as a 2.2 magnitude earthquake. The second one struck at 6:35 am and was recorded as a 2.1 magnitude. Both earthquake were centered in the popular tourist town of Marion, located in McDowell County.
While the USGS were quick to dismiss this as usual activity, the admitted these earthquakes were the first to occur since 2000.

Churches are Following Biblical Prophecy, and It’s Not Good (24 Oct. 2025)
There is a new trend in modern churches and the world seems to be celebrating. But for the rest of us, it is something we saw coming for years, and now it’s here.
More and more churches in America are “favoring a new moral standard [that] is clearly having a transformative effect on Americans.”, warns lead researcher George Barna. A new national survey, conducted in July 2025 by the Cultural Research Center at Arizona Christian University and the Family Research Council, polled 1,003 U.S. adults who attend Christian worship at least monthly. The results show a sharp decline in traditional pro-life and biblical family beliefs among regular churchgoers. Key findings include:
The study’s authors, including George Barna, highlight cultural and media influences as contributing factors and urge church leaders to address these issues.
- Only 43% of churchgoers now identify as pro-life, a drop from 63% in 2023.
- The number who identify as pro-choice has risen from 22% to 35%.
- Only 46% of respondents defined family strictly as a man and woman married with their children and relatives; definitions were even lower among Gen Z (34%).
- There are large generational gaps in support for traditional views on family, marriage, and gender.
- Confidence in the Bible’s clarity on abortion has dropped from 65% to 51% since 2023.
The World Has No Place in the Church
One of the most chilling prophecies that has become absolutely true in the last few years is a warning given to us by the Apostle Paul.
3 For the time is coming when people will not endure sound teaching, but having itching ears they will accumulate for themselves teachers to suit their own passions, 4 and will turn away from listening to the truth and wander off into myths. – 2 Timothy 4:3-5 ESV
The abortion battle has went on in this country for over 40 years. And today, we are reaping the rewards. An absolute epidemic of homicides are occurring all over this country, mothers killing new-born babies, people are killing children in this country like never before. And to be blunt, we have spent 40 years teaching our children that the life of a newborn has no meaning. They we gasp when they act out on the very things we taught them.
If a woman who wanted her child and was looking forward to its birth went to the hospital, and right in the middle of delivery, the doctor went mad and killed the child, the world would feign outrage, and prosecute the doctor for murder. My question is, what is the difference? What is the difference!?! There isn’t.
It should be no surprise that the church is adopting the world’s mentality. As I’ve made the point before, Satan does not fear Islam, Buddhism, or any other religion, because they pose no threat to him. It’s only natural that the Christian churches are his target.

That is the view of the church in the last days. A powerless, gathering of people who go there to do nothing but to go through the motions of true worship, but in their hearts they are just as dead as their services.
The Book of Revelation Predicts the Future Church
Something many Bible scholars have notice is the first 3 chapters of the book of Revelation and the 7 messages to 7 churches. Many have noticed the progression of these message also follow the historic outline of the status in comparison to the Church over the years.
14 “And to the angel of the church in Laodicea write: ‘The words of the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the beginning of God’s creation.
15 “‘I know your works: you are neither cold nor hot. Would that you were either cold or hot! 16 So, because you are lukewarm, and neither hot nor cold, I will spit you out of my mouth. 17 For you say, “I am rich, I have prospered, and I need nothing,” not realizing that you are wretched, pitiable, poor, blind, and naked. 18 I counsel you to buy from me gold refined by fire, so that you may be rich, and white garments so that you may clothe yourself and the shame of your nakedness may not be seen, and salve to anoint your eyes, so that you may see. 19 Those whom I love, I reprove and discipline, so be zealous and repent. 20 Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and eat with him, and he with me. 21 The one who conquers, I will grant him to sit with me on my throne, as I also conquered and sat down with my Father on his throne. 22 He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.’” – Revelation 3:14-22 ESV
Here we have the church of Laodicea. This was an actual church in the Nation of Turkey, in a city whose modern day name is Denizli. However, this is also a type, or an image of the modern churches of the last day. As we see exactly in the multi-million dollar Mega Churches, that claim to be prosperous, and teach there is nothing wrong with riches. They claim to have every thing that the Bible has to offer the modern worshipper. And they are completely ignorance of the spiritual destitution that resides in their own souls. What a perfect comparison to the church of Laodicea.
And where is Jesus in this church? Not even inside! v 20 says, “Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and eat with him, and he with me.” He is standing outside the church knocking and asking to be let in! Does this not describe the modern day worshippers?

I guess these articles are posted as a way to get revenue from YouTube. But whatever the reason, I fell for it. It was completely my fault, and I have learned my lesson. From now on, every article is going to be fact checked before written about. I apologize.

October 21, a Completely Normal Day
I’m having the most interesting conversation today with Copilot, my trusty AI who often helps me with this blog. But today, I’m not getting much help. Today, Copilot has decided that October 21st is a completely normal day with nothing strange. So when I saw a news article that said France had a mini tornado that had “shocked” local residents, Copilot answered with:
Tornadoes in France are uncommon but not unheard of. The country experiences an estimated 50 tornadoes per year, mostly in spring and summer, and typically in the northwest and Mediterranean coastal regions. Most are low-intensity (EF0) and go largely unnoticed, causing little to no damage.
Then I replied, “Then why are residents in shock?” To which Copilot said,

The one that struck towns north of Paris on October 20 caused visible damage and injuries, catching residents off guard. Tornadoes may technically occur in France, but they’re rare enough—and often mild enough—that most people don’t expect to see swirling winds tear through their neighborhoods.
Now, is this normal? I don’t know. But I do know the Bible says,

The Bible predicts in the last days, Global Warming? Climate Change? Whatever the phrase of the week might be, Jesus told us this would happen.
France: Residents in shock after mini tornado hits north of Paris
Then I saw another article, about an earthquake in Missouri along the New Madrid fault. Now, earthquakes in Missouri are not something I see very frequently if ever. So I asked Copilot about it.
The earthquake that struck New Madrid County in southeast Missouri was a minor tremor, according to the United States Geological Survey. While the exact magnitude wasn’t specified in the video summary, it was not part of the long-feared “big one” that experts warn could reach magnitude 7.0 or greater in the New Madrid Seismic Zone.
Again, I don’t remember ever being earthquakes in Missouri, but I do remember the words of Jesus.

THEN I saw yet another article, “Over 1,000 quakes a day: The Silent volcano that’s about to erupt” and I asked Copilot about that.
You’re tapping into one of Earth’s most quietly dramatic stories: Axial Seamount, the underwater volcano off the U.S. Pacific Northwest coast, is rumbling with over 1,000 microquakes a day—a seismic drumroll that scientists say could signal an eruption by late 2025.
Well, at least Copilot seems interested. Here is the latest. What is Axial Seamount? It is located 300 miles off the Oregon coast, beneath the Juan de Fuca Ridge. It sits 4,600 feet below sea level, making it invisible to the surface. It is one of the most closely monitored submarine volcanoes on Earth.

Now, I’m beginning to get suspicious; Copilot who normally seems so eager to please and that I have to frequently ask it to calm down the enthusiasm, now seems eager to under-explain and downplay everything I ask it. The next article I saw was yet another earthquake, this time in western North Carolina. I began to get sarcastic: “Ok, explain to me why these two non-earthquakes I’ve asked you about are completely normal. How about the one in western North Carolina?”
Copilot was equally sarcastic:

- Depth: 0.1 km (very shallow)
- Felt reports: Just one person
This is the kind of quake that barely registers, even in seismically quiet zones like the Appalachians. But it’s not out of place—North Carolina averages a few of these microquakes a year, especially near the Blue Ridge Escarpment.
So yes, it’s “normal”—but in the way a creaky floorboard is normal in an old house. It doesn’t mean the house is falling down, but it reminds you it’s still settling.
Shallow or not, I don’t remember ever hearing about a North Carolina earthquake, but I do remember the words of Jesus.

AND THEN, I saw yet another story of yet another earthquake this time a 2.9 magnitude earthquake in Canada. Again, I chose sarcasm: “Wow, all these completely normal things happening in North America, including a 2.9 magnitude in Canada”
Finally, Copilot began to catch on.

Symbolic resonance: For someone tuned into prophetic framing, this isn’t just geology—it’s a drumbeat. A tremor here, a twister there, a volcano swelling in silence. It’s the texture of the times that feels off.

The point of the story is this: All these events occurred, and while AI might not recognize symbolic interpretations, we certainly do. There is yet another story about yet another earthquake that has just happened in New Jersey, but I trust you get the point. These kinds of things don’t usually happen in a normal day, but they seem to be happening more often lately. Interestingly, also in New Jersey, a woman and her dog was attacked by a coyote. I’m no expert on coyotes by any means, but in my experience, a single coyote is typically shy and avoids humans; it’s only when they’re in a pack that they become dangerous.

And something that I’m finding more remarkable is the fact that the world just goes right on, as if nothing is out of the ordinary. It’s just an ordinary day.

No Kings Protestor Wants ICE Agents Dead (20 Oct. 2025)
Chicago, Illinois. Over the weekend of October 18th, a No Kings protestor openly called for the mass assassinations of Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents, commonly known as ICE.
During the Biden administration, an estimated 8 to 10 million illegal aliens crossed the borders into the United States without any documentation nor were they screened for previously criminal history. In many cases, these were actually criminals who were fleeing their own countries in order to avoid prosecution. During President Trump’s campaign, one of his promises were to deport those illegal aliens, something that was met with overwhelming approval of the voters.
However, Democrats and liberals all over the country have began pushing back against these deportations, up to and including violent attacks on ICE agents who have been ordered to carry out deportation raids in some of the most democratic and liberal cities in America. In an absolutely deplorable statistic, assaults against ICE agents have rose over 1000% in these cities.
In Chicago, one protestor made a particularly depraved comment, a demonstrator called for ICE agents to be “shot and wiped out.” The remarks were made in front of a Progressive Labor Party sign and captured on video, with the protester urging supporters to “grab a gun” and fight what he called a “fascist system.”
Some rallies included calls for violence against government officials, including wishes of death towards administration members and gestures simulating violence directed at counter-protesters.
Let’s make this perfectly clear: I genuinely try to keep my personal opinions to myself. But people like this do not deserve to be called Americans. Any person who openly calls for violence as a way to forward political policy is not only an enemy of the USA, but is an enemy of God. This is exactly what the Bible refers to in the book of Romans.

Regardless of your opinion on illegal aliens in our country, no one, and I mean not a single person has the right to call for any person to be put to death because of their duty. There are many in this country who completely support ICE and their mission to deport those who didn’t follow required procedures in order to enter America legally. We are not opposed to people entering our country; however, most Americans believe people should apply, and be screened and declared eligible to come to America.
But understand this, that in the last days there will come times of difficulty. 2 For people will be lovers of self, a lovers of money, proud, arrogant, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, 3 heartless, unappeasable, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not loving good, 4 treacherous, reckless, swollen with conceit, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, – 2 Timothy 3:1-4 ESV
There is something new coming upon Americans and indeed people from all over the world: A spirit of rebellion.
For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, And stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry. – 1 Samuel 15:23 NKJV
Whether here in the United States, or Britain, or most all of Europe, people are taking to the streets to act out violently as a way of protesting against law and order. This also is exactly what was going on in Noah’s day, and Jesus tells us the same thing will happen at the end of days.
5 The LORD saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every intention of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually. 6 And the LORD regretted that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him to his heart...11 Now the earth was corrupt in God’s sight, and the earth was filled with violence. 12 And God saw the earth, and behold, it was corrupt, for all flesh had corrupted their way on the earth. 13 And God said to Noah, “I have determined to make an end of all flesh, for the earth is filled with violence through them. Behold, I will destroy them with the earth.” – Genesis 6:5-6, 11-13 ESV
This spirit of rebellion is wrecking the democrat party, yet they seem oblivious to the destruction. Their approval rating is down to 17% nationally, yet they continue on this very same path that has put them squarely against the American people. To us, this seems to be political suicide. But because they have turned their backs on the very idea of God, they are convinced they are right. Even if their ideas put them squarely on the wrong side of the law, the spirit of rebellion has blinded them to the truth.
The signs are all around us, the proof of God can now easily be found in the pages of the Bible. But despite the obvious signs happening in the world, the people of earth are completely unaware, and will be until Jesus returns.

Recently, Brad Tumey tried to organize a prayer vigil for the late Charlie Kirk on the Downtown Green, but the city denied his permit, citing this ordinance.
Officials argued the denial was also related to incomplete paperwork and the timing of other permitted events, but the core issue—explicitly stated in their city policy—is a blanket prohibition on religious and political gatherings at these locations. The Attorney General of Tennessee issued a warning to Morristown, stating such bans likely violate state law and the U.S. Constitution, and has urged the city to change the ordinance to avoid legal challenges.

Arrested, Persecuted, Assassinated
The days of the end of times are here. Everything, down to the very last prophecy is coming true right in front of us. There are two major religions in this country. One promotes antisemitism, believes women should have no rights, advocates violence against people of other religions, openly calls for the destruction of the nation of Israel, and even tries to overturn the local governments.
Another religion believes that you should love your neighbor as yourself. It advocates that you should treat others the way you would like to be treated. It instructs you to be wise as serpents, but harmless as doves. It tells you to feed the hungry, clothe the poor, and if your enemy is in need, then help your enemy.
Guess which one is called ‘the religion of peace’, and which one is hated, persecuted and even martyred? Why, because Satan has nothing to fear from Islam, but trembles every time a Christian kneels to pray. This world in this day and time has become exactly as the days of Noah; it has become a mirror image of Romans Chapter one. Second Timothy chapter 3 reads like a laundry list of modern urban America.
37 “When the Son of Man returns, it will be like it was in Noah’s day. 38 In those days before the flood, the people were enjoying banquets and parties and weddings right up to the time Noah entered his boat. 39 People didn’t realize what was going to happen until the flood came and swept them all away. That is the way it will be when the Son of Man comes.”

The Disturbing Truth of the Coming Rapture
For years, like most Christians, I have wondered about how the world will explain away the rapture. Will they claim we all got together and decided to hide, in order to fool people into believing the rapture had occurred? Would they blame UFO’s or perhaps claim some complicated scientific anomaly? But recently, I have come up with a new theory. They won’t.
I honestly believe the world is so wicked and so evil, that they will acknowledge the rapture of the church, and celebrate it. They will be so thankful to their false gods and ridiculous ideas they will celebrate that finally all obstacles have been removed so they can finally get their twisted agenda moving forward. What agenda? The idea of a utopia without God. The very thing that man, along with Satan has been trying to accomplish since the Tower of Babel.
This is why Babylon has such significance in the book of Revelation. Because man’s first attempt at a socialist government was none other than the city that became known as Babel, later given the name Babylon.
End Time Persecution
The Bible gives us ample warning of the times we are going through right at this moment.
16 Even those closest to you—your parents, brothers, relatives, and friends—will betray you. They will even kill some of you. 17 And everyone will hate you because you are my followers. 18 But not a hair of your head will perish! 19 By standing firm, you will win your souls. – Luke 21:16-18 NLT
9 “Then you will be arrested, persecuted, and killed. You will be hated all over the world because you are my followers. 10 And many will turn away from me and betray and hate each other. 11 And many false prophets will appear and will deceive many people. 12 Sin will be rampant everywhere, and the love of many will grow cold.
It shouldn’t come as a surprise to us that the world’s hatred grows by the day. The world hates us for a very specific reason; because the world doesn’t want to humble themselves to God. They have a spirit of rebellion, and that spirit grows exponentially with every day that passes. Pray! Use that immense power inside of you to make sure there’s not a day goes by when Satan doesn’t curse your name. Pray God’s will be done in America just like it’s done in heaven. Pray that the enemies of God will find nothing but misery and failure with everything they try. Pray that more people will receive a spirit of boldness to stand up and publicly call out the enemy.

Yet Another Earthquake: 6.5 Magnitude Quake Hits Indonesia (16 Oct. 2025)
A 6.5 magnitude earthquake shook Indonesia, about 124 miles west-northwest of Abepura, Papua. It occurred at a depth of 21.75 miles which is relatively shallow, which increased surface shaking. No tsunami warning issued, but some structural disturbances were reported—like collapsed supermarket shelves.
Indonesia sits on the Pacific “Ring of Fire”, making it one of the most earthquake-prone regions on earth.
Jesus told us that as his return drew near, there would be an increasing number of earthquakes. In fact, this is one of the most well-known prophecies of the end times.

16-Year-Old Father Shoots Newborn Daughter, Leaves Her in the Snow (15 Oct. 2025)
In a story that defies any semblance of ration, in 2021 Logan Kruckenberg Anderson and his teenage girlfriend gave birth to a daughter named Harper at their home in Albany, Wisconsin. Anderson and his girlfriend decided they could not keep the baby. He initially claimed they tried to arrange an adoption through a contact named Tyler via Snapchat, and that he paid Tyler $60 to take the baby, but this story changed under investigation.
Anderson eventually admitted to police that he took Harper to the woods, covered her naked body with snow, and left her to die. When he heard her crying, he shot her twice in the head and left her body concealed in the snowy woods.
Crime scene investigators found two bullets near Harper’s body. An unnamed juvenile turned over the firearm to authorities, which matched those bullets. Anderson was charged as an adult with first-degree intentional homicide and hiding a corpse. He is set to go to trial on October 27, 2025. No charges were filed against Harper’s mother.
Just when I think I have finally found the depth of human depravity, an article like this comes along. The Bible tells us of a time when people’s hearts are full of nothing but evil continually. It tells us of a time that people will be ‘without natural affection’. Years ago, before these things started happening, this was often translated as homosexuality. But I ask you, what is more natural than the love a mother has for her child? What is more natural than a father’s need and desire to protect his family. But just as the Bible predicts, people are without natural affection.

Missouri Woman Puts Miscarriage in Cooler and Gives it to Former Lover (13 Oct. 2025)
In a deeply disturbing and emotionally charged story, On September 18, 2025, Makayla Haedt, a 29-year-old woman from Missouri, allegedly handed a red-and-white cooler sealed with green tape to a former romantic partner, saying, “Here’s your kid.” The cooler reportedly contained a human fetus.
The man described their relationship as an on-again, off-again “fling,” and said he didn’t believe Haedt when she claimed to be pregnant months earlier, calling her a “habitual liar”. Her former lover described the incident as a ‘cruel f—-d up joke’. Haedt messaged the man on September 17, claiming she had miscarried. Later that day, they ran errands together. That evening, she handed him the cooler and left without showing remorse. The man, thinking it might be a cruel joke, waited nearly two hours before opening it with a friend and discovering the fetus.
This incident occurred in Waynesville, Missouri, specifically at a residence on Laddie Lane. Deputies from the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office responded to the scene around 2:48 a.m. on September 18, 2025, after the victim reported discovering a deceased fetus inside a cooler that had been handed to him by Makayla Haedt.
Haedt was arrested and charged with first-degree harassment, a felony in Missouri, for causing emotional distress by delivering the cooler. She is being held on a $50,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on October 28. The victim was reportedly in shock and emotional distress, stating, “This is the type of thing you see on the internet all the time, but don’t ever think it will happen to you.”
The actions of many people in this world are increasingly becoming more bizarre, more heinous, and evil. People are completely without conscience, having no empathy for others. Mothers have increasingly shown a complete lack of love, as seen by recent new stories that have become more and more frequent; babies found in dumpsters, trash cans, garbage bags, etc. No one really knows how many of these babies have never been found.
The Bible spells out plainly about the days that have come upon us.

These are people who knowingly do things that are considered evil, yet they feel no remorse. They no longer respond to right or wrong. The do what is right in their own eyes. The Bible tells us in the last days people will be completely out of control.

The World Hopes for Peace, But Worries Over the Bible (13 Oct. 2025)
Today media is ablaze with the wonderful sights many of us thought would never come. Today the last remaining 20 hostages being held by the terrorist group Hamas have been released and touching scenes of family members being released are filling screens of all sizes.
But at the same time, people worry; some say this is not the pattern of behavior of radical Islam. And some point to an ominous prophecy in the Bible.
“For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape.” – 1 Thessalonians 5:3 KJV
It’s often interpreted as a sign of the times—when society claims everything is calm and secure, yet spiritual or moral decay is quietly unfolding beneath the surface. That moment of proclaimed peace becomes the setup for an unexpected reckoning.
Recently, with the proclamations of ‘Eternal Peace’, could this be a warning to Christians that the times are being fulfilled? With all the other surrounding Bible prophecies coming to pass, it’s not hard to believe this is just another proof that the return of Jesus is here.
Could This Be a Warning to Christians?
There are three types of Bible Prophecy:
A Sign to the World – This is something that anyone, Christian or sinner alike, can see and know this is a work of God. No one needs to interpret the Bible passage, no one needs to ‘explain what it really means’ to us. For example, “Behold a virgin will conceive and bear a son”. No one needs to translate this to you. In fact, if someone does tell you this means something else, they are trying to deceive you. And, when the Bible tells us that a young devout Jewish lady named Mary became pregnant despite being a virgin, no one needs to tell you this prophecy was fulfilled.
A Sign to the Believer – This is a sign that by and large, the world will completely miss, and that is exactly what God intended. Paul once said, “For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God.” (1 Cor. 1:18 KJV) Many, many prophecies in the Bible aren’t written to the world; and the world believes it is foolishness. But to us, the Christian, it is as plain as the proverbial nose on your face. Such an example is the famous prophecy of Ezekiel chapter 37. In what has become a Spiritual, the “Dry Bones” prophecy has captured the attention of many but is revealed to few.
A Post-Occurrence Sign – This is a sign that is only recognized after the fact, or after the event has occurred. For example, in the book of Hosea it says, “When Israel was a child, then I loved him, and called my son out of Egypt.” (Hosea 11:1 KJV) It wasn’t until after Jesus as a child returned to Nazareth from Egypt that it was revealed the Hosea was a prediction.
While the world celebrates peace, we Christians are cautious about any agreement that is a product of human effort. History tells us as such; in too many instances to count, peace between two parties were nothing more than a pause button, push to give factions time to regroup, heal themselves and more importantly, rearm. My personal opinion on the matter is that Hamas and Palestinians are not like Americans; their definition of peace isn’t coexistence; it is nothing more than a pause button. But like everything else under the sun, time will tell.
The Coming Days of the Christian
This peace deal marks another signpost on the road to the greatest event in all of history, the rapture of the church and the cleansing of the world. The book of Revelation describes a 7-year period of time in which a combination of man’s poor choices and God’s judgement is handed out, not to destroy mankind, but giving everyone a final chance to recognize the one, true God and accept the gift of forgiveness made possible through Jesus Christ.
“When They Shall Say, Peace and Safety”
The Bible is literally foretelling the things happening in Israel right now. The first thing that above all a person needs to do in order to better understand Bible prophecy, is pay attention to what is happening in Israel. Over the years, several times world leaders were ringing bells over this peace agreement, or a victory, or ceasefire. But none of those were concentrated in or around the nation of Israel. But here we have something that is very, very rare: In Jerusalem, people are proclaiming, ‘peace and safety’.
This is an unbelievably dangerous situation; Hamas has not been destroyed. As long as Hamas leaders and foot-soldiers aren’t either dead or imprisoned, as long as they are walking free and keeping their weapons, there exists a real possibility for a surprise attack, or a terror attack of huge proportions.
From now on we as Christians are going to see more and more prophecies fulfilled that are signs to the believer. The world has turned a corner in the last few weeks. Signs have been drawn; people are making decisions now that will direct the rest of their lives. From now on, the Gospel will be preached as a witness rather than an opportunity to redeem the lost. Don’t misunderstand, a person always, as long as they are alive, always has an opportunity to change their minds and stop rebelling against God. But fewer and fewer will take advantage of that opportunity.
Christians need to prepare. We need to prepare physically, in order to be able to take the message of Jesus, not to a hurting world who needs to hear it, but to a wicked world full of evil and depravity as a witness before the end comes. We need to prepare spiritually, as many of us will suffer persecution, yes right here in America, for the left-wing assault that will befall us. And when those things happen to you, remember you are blessed above measure. What a privilege to face persecution for the name of Jesus!
Remember this above all, revenge belongs to God. Never attempt to repay someone for wronging you. You have every right in both the Bible and the Constitution to defend yourself, but revenge is never acceptable. To attempt your own revenge is to try to become your own God. When Jesus said, ‘if someone smacks you on the right cheek offer him your left’, that was talking about revenge. That was not talking about self-defense. Do not retaliate against someone whether they have injured you emotionally, verbally, or physically. But this has nothing whatsoever to do with defending yourself from an attack by one or many people.
But prepare yourself to endure; we will not have to go through the 7-year tribulation, but that doesn’t mean we won’t have trials and tribulations while on this earth. In fact, Jesus warned us of the complete opposite.

3 Shootings in Mississippi over the Weekend (So Far)
In a very shocking and sad coincidence, there have been three shooting in Mississippi during Friday and Saturday, October 10-11.
Leland, Mississippi: During a homecoming celebration late Friday night, gunfire erupted on Main Street after a football game between Leland High School and Charleston High School. The shooting left 4 people dead and at least 12 injured, with several in critical condition. The shooting occurred on Main Street around midnight.
Authorities confirmed the shooter was on the run at the time, prompting a widespread manhunt and calls for public vigilance. The Mississippi Bureau of Investigation is assisting local police, but no arrests had been announced as of the latest reports.
This was one of three separate shootings across small towns in Mississippi that same night, all tied to school events. In Heidelberg, two more people were killed near a high school tailgating area. The scale and timing of these attacks have shaken communities and reignited concerns about gun violence during public gatherings.
Mayor John Lee of Leland urged residents to pray for the victims and their families, saying, “We need to be in prayer for our city”.
Heidelberg, Mississippi (about 200 miles away): During a separate Homecoming event at Heidelburg High School, 2 people were killed, including a pregnant woman. Authorities have taken 18-year-old Tylar Jarod Goodloe into custody as a person of interest. Investigators are still determining if the two shootings are connected.
Rolling Fork, Mississippi: A third incident occurred at South Delta High School. Two people were arrested, but details remain unclear. The shooting occurred during a football game Friday night. Two suspects were arrested, but authorities have not released their names or any details about charges.
It’s unclear if anyone was injured, though some reports suggest at least two people may have been wounded. The Sharkey County Sheriff’s Department responded to the scene, and the investigation remains active.
Making Sense Out of the Madness
Each case is being handled separately, but the timing and shared context of school events have raised serious concerns. Officials have not confirmed any connection between this shooting and the ones in Leland or Heidelberg, though all occurred within hours of each other during school events.
Rolling Fork is about 40 miles south of Leland, deep in the Mississippi Delta. The fact that three separate communities were hit on the same night has left many shaken, and investigators are working to determine whether this was coincidence or something more coordinated.
However, Christians know exactly what the connections are. Just as the Bible predicted, the world is becoming just like the Days of Noah.

Mississippi school shooting: 4 dead, 12 injured, shooter on the run

Powerful Earthquake and Aftershock Rock Philippines (10 Oct. 2025)
An intense earthquake and 2 powerful aftershocks have torn through the southern Philippines. The main quake was a 7.4 magnitude earthquake struck offshore near Manay town in Davao Oriental, Mindanao. It was one of the strongest quakes to hit the region in recent years. The shaking lasted up to 40 seconds, and witnesses described it as the “strongest earthquake I ever felt.”
Tsunami alerts were triggered across the Philippines, Indonesia, and Palau. Waves of 1 to 3 meters were expected, prompting mass evacuations from coastal areas. Thankfully, the warnings were later lifted, but the scare was real. Later that same day, a second major quake struck the same region. Though technically an aftershock, it was powerful enough to be classified as a separate event—a “doublet quake” according to seismologists. It is estimated to be between 6.7 and 6.9 in magnitude.
It should come as no surprise that the Philippines are located in the Pacific Rim of Fire, which has been a focal point of increased activity for the last several months. Tragically at least 7 people are known dead so far. Experts warn that aftershocks may occurs for days and possibly even weeks.
The Bible warns us that these things will occur with more and more frequency as the time of the return of Jesus draws near. Major earthquakes are becoming almost daily events; it is hard to see how more frequently they can become.

At Least 7 Dead After 2 Strong Earthquakes Hit the Philippines

Tragedy in San Francisco: Family of 4 Possible Victims of Murder-Suicide Plot (9 Oct. 2025)
In a very sad chilling story out of San Francisco, California, a family of four were found dead in a home in Westwood Highlands, on October 8, 2025. While the SF PD have not came out with any conclusive facts, they have put forth a possible murder-suicide plot. Here is what I can tell you at this time:
A deeply unsettling scene unfolded in San Francisco’s Westwood Highlands neighborhood on October 8, 2025, when four people—including two children—were found dead inside a multimillion-dollar home on Monterey Boulevard. At approximately 1:23 pm local time, police conducted a welfare check on the property at the request of an unidentified man, who was reportedly the brother of a resident in the household. He had gone to the home himself and discovered the bodies of his brother, sister-in-law, and their two children, then called authorities around 1:23 p.m.
A source close to the scene described the victims as a husband, wife, and two children aged 8 and 10, suggesting a possible murder-suicide scenario. The SFPD Homicide Detail is leading the investigation, but they’ve stopped short of declaring it a homicide. As of now, all they are willing to call it is “suspicious deaths’, and have not officially confirmed it as a murder-suicide.
Additional Details Suggest Financial Struggles
The home, a Spanish-style residence, was purchased in 2014 for $1.35 million, is located near City College of San Francisco, in a typically peaceful area with little history of violent crime. The home had gone through foreclosure in 2024, and the couple had previously owned local businesses including Orbit Coffee and Monterey Deli, both now closed. Neighbors noted the family had lived there for over a decade, but things had grown quiet in recent months. One neighbor even wondered aloud if they had “put the house up for sale.”
There’s no public record yet of rent-to-own arrangements, loan modifications, or housing assistance efforts, but the absence of movement and the sudden tragedy suggest they may have felt cornered.
Bible Prophecy in Focus
This scenario is nothing short of heartbreaking. A few months ago, I wrote an article talking about the financial hardships that had befallen San Francisco due to lawlessness and lack of clear focus of city leaders to find a direction. Here we see the fallout of this growing epidemic taking over the country. If indeed this family had come to a place where their businesses had failed, and economic collapse had happened, this was not an acceptable solution, if indeed the murder-suicide theory now under consideration by SFPD turns out to be true.
One of the things the Bible is clear about however, is the fact that in the last days men’s hearts will fail them due to fears of the future. At one time, this was widely accepted as men having heart attacks. But I believe the meaning is far deeper than simple medical conditions. What better explanation for suicide is there than a person’s heart failing them for fearing the future? What other reason could there be other than a complete and utter loss of hope for the future?
My friends, I believe this is exactly the real meaning of Luke 21:26. Pay close attention to this New Life Version translation, as it was purposely written to give the reader a plain, easy to understand text of the Bible’s meaning:

News events increasingly are becoming part of Bible prophecy coming to pass. While this is a particularly sad story, it is not unique. Events like this happen too often in America.
October 2025 Update: Toxicology results are still pending in the tragic deaths of the Ocheltree family. Investigators continue to treat the case as suspicious. Financial hardship and foreclosure preceded the incident. A relative has stated the children were innocent victims.

Yet Another Earthquake: This Time, A 5.5 Magnitude in China (9 Oct. 2025)
A magnitude 5.5 earthquake struck Garzê, Sichuan Province in western China on October 9, 2025, at 1:17 p.m. local time. Here’s a breakdown of what happened: The earthquake was located near Xinlong, about 130 miles north of Daocheng. It was approximately 10 km, deep or 6.2 miles, making it a shallow earthquake, which often leads to stronger surface shaking.
The earthquake was felt by over 1.2 million people, with some experiencing strong to very strong intensity. Thankfully, no major damage was reported to critical infrastructure, power, or transportation systems. The China Earthquake Administration activated a Level IV emergency response, dispatching teams for on-site investigation.
China sits on the Pacific Ring of Fire, making it one of the most earthquake-prone regions globally. This quake followed a 6.6 magnitude event in Papua New Guinea just two days earlier. The Ring of Fire has been very active over the last few months, showing strange signs that have many scientists puzzled.
Of course, one of the most popular signs of the end times are earthquakes. The remarkable increase in earthquake activity along the Pacific Rim leaves little doubt that something significant has changed.

When two cyclones get within ~870 miles of each other, they begin to orbit a shared center. If one is stronger, it can absorb the weaker storm, creating a larger, more powerful system. This effect can alter storm trajectories, making forecasting extremely difficult. Because of the Unpredictable paths mean communities may have little warning. Storm surge, flooding, and wind damage could be widespread. To make matters ever worse, emergency services and meteorologists face challenges in issuing timely alerts.
Where is it Headed?
Based on the latest forecasts and advisories from the National Hurricane Center, the most immediate threat appears to be southwestern Mexico, particularly coastal areas near Jalisco, Colima, and Michoacán. Hurricane Priscilla is currently moving north-northwest at 5 mph, with sustained winds around 85 mph, and is expected to bring heavy rains and gusty winds to that region. If the Fujiwhara effect intensifies the system or alters its path, Baja California or even Southern California could see peripheral impacts—especially in terms of surf, rain bands, or wind gusts.
The Bible’s Prophecies once again are spot on. Jesus tells us that in the last days there will be strange and unusual weather events that will not only be frequent, but they will worry those people who look upon these things.

Trump’s Peace Agreement. Has the Time Come? (8 Oct. 2025)
Today marked one of the most apprehensive days in Bible Prophecy. Today it was announced that Donald Trump had once again, pulled the proverbial rabbit out of the proverbial hat. A peace agreement has been sought by every President beginning in the 1970’s by Jimmy Carter. While inroads were made along the way, no President was able to make that historic agreement. Now, in the midst of worldwide upheaval, President Trump stands victorious.
The real question is, what is this agreement? What is the timeline? Is this the start of Daniel’s 70th week? One of the biggest passages in the Bible about this time is 1 Thessalonians:
But concerning the times and the seasons, brethren, you have no need that I should write to you. 2 For you yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so comes as a thief in the night. 3 For when they say, “Peace and Safety!” then sudden destruction comes upon them, as labor pains upon a pregnant woman. And they shall not escape. 4 But you, brethren, are not in darkness, so that this Day, should overtake you as a thief. 5 You are all sons of light and sons of the day. We are not of the night nor of the darkness. – 1 Thessalonians 5:1-5 NKJV
Number one, Paul is suggesting something very controversial here. As I’ve often thought, we will never know the exact day or hour of the rapture, but we will know when it is near. I believe that is what Paul meant when he said, “But you, brethren, are not in darkness, so that this Day should overtake you as a thief.” I believe what he is saying is that when people begin to see these signs taking place:
That is when there is a peace deal that is starting to form that will someday become the 7-year agreement spoke of in the prophecy of Daniel’s 70th week, those of us who know scripture will know the time has come. So, while this particular agreement may or may not be the roots of this 7-year agreement, it serves as a sign that the end is here.
There are two important things Christians should focus on right now as we wait to see what unfolds next. Number one, as the scriptures tell us, we need to walk in the light and not let ourselves be lured into the darkness. Two, we need to make every effort to make sure those closest to us know the urgency of the hour.
This is not a prediction. If someone, anyone ever tries to predict a day or hour of the rapture, you know this person is teaching false information and is a deceiver. We will never have a date or time of the rapture, but we will know when it is near, even at the doors. Pay attention to this peace agreement over the next few days. We should know by then.
If this deal falls apart at the seams, if Hamas backs out or attacks Israel, then we know this was not the foundation of a 7-year agreement that marks the beginning of the tribulation. But if we begin to see negotiators come in to pound out the details on this agreement, then pay close attention! And most importantly, regardless of what happens in the next few days, Lift up your heads and look up; because your redemption draws near! EVEN SO, COME LORD JESUS!

Yet Another Earthquake: 6.6 Magnitude Quake Strikes During Funeral in Papua New Guinea (7 Oct. 2025)
A magnitude 6.6 earthquake struck near Lae, Papua New Guinea’s second-largest city. The epicenter was about 26 km (16 miles) from Lae. The quake occurred around 9 PM local time during a stadium ceremony honoring the late Governor Luther Wenge.
The tremor hit as soldiers were lifting Wenge’s casket, causing widespread panic. The stadium was packed to capacity, and hundreds rushed to exits. Witnesses described a “rumbling noise like a plane” followed by violent shaking for about three minutes.
This quake follows a 6.7 magnitude event in 2024 that killed three and destroyed over 1,000 homes. Papua New Guinea lies on the Pacific Ring of Fire, known for frequent seismic activity. The Pacific Rim has been experiencing a significant increase in activity over the last few months, causing unusual phenomenon, such as one event triggering activity in other nearby fault zones. Recently, earthquakes off the coast of Russia have triggered events in nearby volcanoes.

Recent Increases of Animals Attacking People Spoke of in Bible Prophecy (6 Oct. 2025)
NOTE: Friends, I do not know how to express my concern at all the people who are literally on the edge of being left behind. I do not set dates, and I am not claiming some vision or dream. I am just looking at all the things that are happening in this world. We may not know the specific date of the return of the Lord Jesus, but even Jesus said, “So likewise ye, when ye shall see all these things, know that it is near, even at the doors.” – Matthew 24:33 KJV
In the last few months, there has been an increase in the number of animal attacks in the United States. Most recently, on October 2 at Sam’s Throne Campground in Arkansas, a 60-year-old Missouri man was found dead near his campsite after sending his family photos of a bear just days earlier. The site showed signs of a struggle and drag marks into the woods. Injuries were “consistent with a large carnivore attack,” and authorities strongly suspect a juvenile male black bear. The campground has been temporarily closed while officials search for the bear and investigate further.
Also in Arkansas, early September of this year, in Franklin County; a 72-year-old man was mauled while spreading gravel on a road. He later died from his injuries. This was the first fatal bear attack in Arkansas in 25 years, making the October incident even more alarming.
Even more harrowing there recently has been 3 alligator attacks in the state of Florida. In Land O’ Lakes, Fl., in October; a woman was dragged into a creek while trying to save her puppy from an alligator. She held onto the leash “for dear life” and managed to free the dog but suffered serious bite wounds to her arm. The gator was later captured by trappers.
At Lake Kissimmee, Fl., in May of this year, a 61-year-old woman canoeing with her husband was killed when an 11-foot alligator slammed their canoe, dragged her underwater, and performed a death roll. Her body was recovered, and the gator was euthanized by wildlife officials.
In Collier County, Fl., in August also of 2025, a woman hiking the Bird Rookery Swamp Trail was bitten on the arm and leg by an alligator that emerged from the water. She survived, but the attack shocked locals who said gators in the area were usually docile.
The Bible tells us that a period of time many call the Tribulation will occur on this earth. Due to the controversy that frequently rising up over the Tribulation, I prefer the term Daniel’s 70th week. But whatever you choose to call it, there will be a 7-year period of time that will mark the last days of man’s rule on earth. I personally do not believe this time has started, but stories like this sometimes make me wonder.
7 When He opened the fourth seal, I heard the voice of the fourth living creature saying, “Come and see.” 8 So I looked, and behold, a pale horse. And the name of him who sat on it was Death, and Hades followed with him. And power was given to them over a fourth of the earth, to kill with sword, with hunger, with death, and by the beasts of the earth. – Revelation 6:7-8 NKJV
Now, I don’t see this as a fulfillment of prophecy, rather a ‘warming up’ or the earth itself coming into alignment with Bible prophecy. Even today, we can see the beginnings of prophecy coming to pass.

Road Rage Incident Sets Fire to Minivan, with Two Children Inside (5 Oct. 2025)
Seattle, Washington: A family of four – a couple in their 40’s and two daughters, ages 7 and 10 were driving through a residential neighborhood when they encountered a narrow stretch of road. At the point their van and a 25-year-old man’s SUV reached an impasse. As the van tried to pull over to let the SUV pass, the driver of the SUV reportedly became angry, made obscene gestures and intentionally rammed the front of the minivan. The impact pushed the van backward, and it caught fire shortly after.
Miraculously, the family escaped uninjured, and the suspect was arrested at the scene without incident. While no names have been released by the Seattle Police Department, he was charged with four counts of felony assault using a vehicle as a deadly weapon, and property destruction. The case is now being handled by Seattle PD’s Homicide and Assault Unit.
This is exactly the disturbing behavior The Bible said we would encounter during the last days. The Bible talks about people whose hearts have been darkened because they have refused the gift of salvation offered my God. It also talks about man’s heart being continually evil, people having no self-control, and people love only themselves. These are the types of people who do these things. They have no regard for another’s point of view, or predicament. They get angry at the slightest cause, often lashing out in violence at the first thing that happens to be in front of them.

Every single facet of Bible prophecy is now coming true. We have reached a true convergence; from wars in the middle east, to rumors of impending war all across the world. Pestilence, disease, famine; serial killers, signs in the heavens, and earthquakes. All these things when taken together, paint a very real portrait of the condition of man. God is ready to return.

Unmistakable Signs: New Comet May Become Visible in Late October (5 Oct. 2025)
In a time when such overwhelming lawlessness and violence is occurring on earth, not all signs are so troubling. Comet Lemmon (C/2025 A6), a green comet making a once-in-a-lifetime appearance. Of course, this marks several recent once-in-a-lifetime astronomic anomalies that have been happening over the last several months.
Comet Lemmon (C/2025 A6) was sighted in Arizona earlier this year. It is expected to brighten significantly in late October. It may become visible to the naked eye in dark, non-light-polluted skies around October 31 or November 1. For the first half of October, it can be seen in the early morning hours before sunrise using binoculars or a telescope. Currently following a path beneath the Big Dipper in the constellation Ursa Major.
Lemmon will make a once-in-a-lifetime appearance as it passes closest to Earth on October 21. This event coincides with the peak of the Orionids meteor shower.
The comet exhibits a green glow, likely due to the presence of diatomic carbon in its coma, a gaseous form of carbon found in space. This comet is truly a rare sight. Comet Lemmon (C/2025 A6) has an orbital period of approximately 1,350 years. This means that after its current appearance, it won’t return to the inner solar system for another 1,350 years! To put it in perspective, the next time it will be visible from Earth will be around the year 3375.
Unmistakable Bible Prophecy
The recent sequence of events in the skies are nothing short of Amazing. Three interstellar events, multiple instances of Northern Lights appearing in the lower 48 states, multiple comets in the skies. At once time, a comet was a once in a generation event. Michigan Mom Goes on Terror Spree Using Black Jeep as a Weapon (3 Oct. 2025)
In what only can be described as a bizarre, evil attack, a 30-year-old mother from Lake Orion, Michigan allegedly went on a hit-and-run spree across four suburbs of Detroit: Royal Oak, Clawson, Hazel Park, and Warren. She reportedly drove her black Jeep into at least 11 people, including one police officer, in multiple locations.
On September 26, 2025, Rachele Ricklefs started by hitting a bicyclist in Royal Oak, which escalated as she struck two police cruisers in Clawson while attempting to flee. In Hazel Park, she allegedly hit a pedestrian, and in Warren, she struck several more—including two people loading groceries at a Walmart parking lot. She did all these things – with her two children in the Jeep with her.
Ricklefs had her 12-year-old son and 6-year-old daughter in the vehicle during the spree. Her 12-year-old son managed to escape when police intercepted the vehicle in Clawson, however her 6-year-old daughter remained in the SUV throughout the incident but was reportedly unharmed.
No Apparent Motive
Authorities haven’t released a clear motive yet. However, police suspect mental health may have played a role, describing the incident as “very, very bizarre”. No prior criminal history or ideological motive has been cited publicly.
She currently faces 18 felony charges, including 10 counts of assault with intent to murder, child abuse, assault with a dangerous weapon, assault/resisting/obstruction police, multiple counts of property destruction and fleeing police. Her bond is set at $750,000 and if released, she’ll be subject to house arrest with GPS monitoring.
Miraculous Victim Status
Miraculously, none of the victims have died. All are reported to be in stable condition, though some injuries were serious.

Why Does This Matter?
It is a valid question, with all the hatred, targeted assassinations, mob attacks and threats of civil war, why does the actions of one person matter? Because this is exactly the type of senseless, random violence that scares people the most. Not the cowardly social media outburst, but the seemingly normal person living next door that suddenly turns monster. Jesus predicted two things that would occur in the last days that are coming frighteningly true today.
10 And then many will be offended, will betray one another, and will hate one another. 11 Then many false prophets will rise up and deceive many. 12 And because lawlessness will abound, the love of many will grow cold. – Matthew 24:10-12 NKJV
One of the biggest reasons such bizarre behavior happens today is because of lawlessness. The complete and utter disregard for the law, and refusal to accept the consequences of our actions is a very disturbing trend we see from Maine to California. Whether it’s so-called sovereign citizens who believe they can’t be held to the same standards the rest of us are, or those who physically attack anyone who might disagree with their political point of view, this country is inundated with lawlessness.

This is our enemy’s favorite weapon, fear. Because fear can shake faith; fear can paralyze. Fear can make you question the power of God himself. So, it serves two purposes; it separates you from the love of God, and it paralyzes you from doing God’s will.
37 But as the days of Noah were, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be. 38 For as in the days before the flood, they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noah entered the ark, 39 and did not know until the flood came and took them all away, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be. – Matthew 24:37-39 NKJV
This is a telling scripture. It describes life in America exactly. All around us we see society coming apart at the seams. Politicians who seem more interested in scoring points than solving problems. Violence being excused or denied by law enforcement. City leaders who have a genuine interest in promoting violence in their cities and refusing to keep their citizens safe. But instead of standing up and trying to make a difference, we often find ourselves wrapped up in the minutia of our everyday lives. One very damming comment about Americans is absolutely true. Until it becomes our problem, we simply don’t want to get involved.
5 Then the Lord saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every intent of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually. 6 And the Lord was sorry that He had made man on the earth, and He was grieved in His heart. 7 So the Lord said, “I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the earth, both man and beast, creeping thing and birds of the air, for I am sorry that I have made them.” – Genesis 6:5-7 NKJV
This is possibly one of the most chilling verses in the Bible. To think that man would grow so evil, so wicked that God was grieved in his heart that he made man. In a sane world, that would serve as a warning to mankind itself. But we are not living in a sane world, and the same conditions that plagued mankind during the days of Noah are back again. There has never been a time like this on earth. You have a chance to save yourself now and escape the coming punishment that will befall every person on earth.

Microplastics Found in Human Blood: A Worldwide Alarm (3 Oct. 2025)
This one’s not just environmental—it’s biological. The microplastics and nanoplastics crisis has crossed a threshold. What was once dismissed as ocean pollution is now being called a global health emergency by researchers. Nearly 80% of blood samples tested contain both microplastics and nanoplastics.
According to experts, microplastics are plastic fragments of less than 5 mm in diameter. Nanoplastics are even smaller – <1μm, capable of penetrating cells and crossing the blood-brain barrier. These particles have been found in human blood, placenta, brain, lungs, liver, kidneys, testicles, and arteries. Further testing revealed nanoplastics in breastmilk, semen, urine, and newborn meconium.
Health Impacts
Among the more serious effects linked to microplastics and nanoplastics are: Cardiovascular disease: Plastic fragments in carotid arteries increase risk of heart attack, stroke, and death. Immune disruption: Nanoplastics trigger oxidative stress and inflammation. Reproductive harm: Found in ovarian and placental tissue, disrupting cell migration and hormone signaling. Neurological effects: Brain cells show altered gene expression and disrupted development pathways. One study found that people with plastic particles in arterial plaque had a 4.5× higher risk of death or major cardiac events.
Sedat Gündogdu, a microplastics researcher at Çukurova University in Turkey said it was “Imperative to declare a global emergency.” He made this statement in response to alarming findings about microplastics and nanoplastics being discovered in human blood, arteries, and organs across multiple studies.
His warning reflects growing concern that plastic contamination is no longer just an environmental issue—it’s now a medical and biological crisis. The particles are infiltrating the human body at a cellular level, with links to cardiovascular disease, reproductive harm, and neurological disruption.

Vicious Attack on Synagogue During the Holiest Day of the Jewish Year (2 Oct. 2025)
A devastating incident unfolded outside the Heaton Park Hebrew Congregation Synagogue in Manchester on Yom Kippur, the holiest day in the Jewish calendar. Two worshippers were killed, and four others were seriously wounded.
Around 9:31 am, local time, during the Yom Kippur morning services. A man—later identified as Jihad Al-Shamie, a 35-year-old British citizen of Syrian descent—drove a car into pedestrians near the synagogue entrance. After crashing the vehicle, he exited and began stabbing bystanders, including a security guard. He tried to force his way into the synagogue, but Rabbi Daniel Walker and others locked the doors and move worshippers to safety. Armed officers arrived within minutes and shot the attacker at 9:38 a.m. amid fears he was wearing a suicide vest. The vest was later deemed non-viable.
Bomb disposal teams conducted a controlled detonation on the attacker’s vehicle as a precaution. Two men and one woman were later arrested on suspicion of aiding or planning the attack.
The attack occurred on Yom Kippur, the holiest day in Judaism—a time of fasting, prayer, and repentance. Synagogues are typically full, making the timing especially symbolic and devastating. Authorities declared it a terrorist incident, citing suspected antisemitic motives. UK leaders, including Prime Minister Keir Starmer and King Charles III, condemned the attack and pledged increased protection for Jewish communities nationwide.
Lip Service and Biblical Prophecy
Of course, one has to wonder how much of a role the current rise in antisemitism had in this attack. Just days ago, Prime Minister Starmer was condemning Israel for its supposed role in genocide in Gaza. For him to now stand up and condemn the violence that these unwarranted claims have caused, is nothing short of hypocritical. But that is the current climate of the world, giving voice to hatred and bigotry, but lip service when violence breaks out.
The Bible tells us that the ancient Israeli people disobeyed God, and by doing so, violated their covenant with God and incurred his wrath. God’s word to the Israeli people were clear:
17 This is what the LORD of Heaven’s Armies says: “I will send war, famine, and disease upon them and make them like bad figs, too rotten to eat. 18 Yes, I will pursue them with war, famine, and disease, and I will scatter them around the world. In every nation where I send them, I will make them an object of damnation, horror, contempt, and mockery. 19 For they refuse to listen to me, though I have spoken to them repeatedly through the prophets I sent. And you who are in exile have not listened either,” says the LORD. – Jeremiah 29:17-19 NLT
“The LORD will exile you and your king to a nation unknown to you and your ancestors. There in exile you will worship gods of wood and stone! 37 You will become an object of horror, ridicule, and mockery among all the nations to which the LORD sends you.” – Deuteronomy 28:36-37 NLT

Keep this in mind: Every generation has had an excuse for hating Jews, every single one. Genocide in Gaza is this generation’s excuse.
The question is, when will people stop perpetuating the hatred of their ancestors? The world continues to act just as their fathers, grandfathers, and great-grandfathers did. The answer, unfortunately, seems to be never. Nothing demonstrates the existence of God quite like the Jewish people. The Bible records the history of the Israelites, and their existence upholds the Bible’s integrity. This alone is enough to draw Satan’s attention toward them.

Yet Another Earthquake: Powerful Earthquake Hits Central Philippines, over 60 Dead (1 Oct. 2025)
In what is becoming an all too familiar story in the Pacific Rim, a powerful 6.9 magnitude earthquake struck the central Philippines late Tuesday night, devastating parts of Cebu province and surrounding areas. The epicenter was about 12 miles northeast of Bogo City, Cebu, at 9:59 pm, local time. This earthquake was a shallow earthquake at only 10 km (6.2 miles). So far, 69 people are confirmed dead, over 140 injured. Shallow earthquakes are known to cause more surface damage.
Historic churches and buildings collapsed, including the 139-year-old Saints Peter and Paul Parish on Bantayan Island. A sports complex roof collapsed during a basketball game, killing several coast guard and fire personnel. Power outages and infrastructure damage across Cebu and nearby islands have been reported.
Response Efforts
President Marcos has mobilized rescue teams, including the Bureau of Fire Protection and Philippine National Police. Hospitals in Bogo City are overwhelmed, and aftershocks continue to shake the region. This quake follows a recent tropical storm, compounding the trauma for many residents. The Philippines sits on the Pacific “Ring of Fire,” making it highly prone to seismic activity.
Biblical Prophecy
Earthquakes are among the most familiar of Bible prophecy signs, as Jesus himself mentions this early in his Mattew chapter 24 discourse. It is also referenced in his discourse of Luke 21, which many Bible scholars believe to be a separate conversation Jesus had with his disciples than Matthew 24. For years, scientists maintained that the global rate of earthquakes was stable, attributing apparent increases to improved detection and population growth in seismic zones. This led prophecy scholars like Hal Lindsey to begin independent tracking efforts, often at odds with official data. While public awareness has grown, the USGS continues to affirm that the long-term rate of large earthquakes has not significantly increased.
Though recent years have seen spikes in major earthquakes, the USGS attributes these to natural fluctuations and improved detection—not a confirmed upward trend. Yet the prophetic resonance of these clusters remains undeniable.

This is yet another sign of the dangerous times we live in. For someone, anyone to go through these times without the confidence, love and protection of a very real living God, would be more than I could comprehend. But God can give you a peace that passes all understanding, and a confidence that no matter what happens in this world, your future is safe and secure in Him.
