The President Announces the “Board of Peace” will have 10 Members

an evil, ferocious beast with 10 horns glowing eyes and huge fangs.

As the time quickly peels away, racing toward the end of this age, another truly stunning prophecy unfolds right in front of our eyes.

7 “After this I saw in the night visions, and behold, a fourth beast, dreadful and terrible, exceedingly strong. It had huge iron teeth; it was devouring, breaking in pieces, and trampling the residue with its feet. It was different from all the beasts that were before it, and it had ten horns. 8 I was considering the horns, and there was another horn, a little one, coming up among them, before whom three of the first horns were plucked out by the roots. And there, in this horn, were eyes like the eyes of a man, and a mouth speaking pompous words. – Daniel 7:7-8 NKJV

Now there is no need for us to try to interpret this verse for ourselves, because Daniel gives us the interpretation later in the same passage.

23 “Thus he said: ‘As for the fourth beast,
there shall be a fourth kingdom on earth,
which shall be different from all the kingdoms,
and it shall devour the whole earth,
and trample it down, and break it to pieces.
24 As for the ten horns,
out of this kingdom ten kings shall arise,
and another shall arise after them;
he shall be different from the former ones,
and shall put down three kings.

25 He shall speak words against the Most High,
and shall wear out the saints of the Most High,
and shall think to change the times and the law;
and they shall be given into his hand
for a time, times, and half a time. – Daniel 7:23-25 NKJV

A fourth beast, different from all beasts that devours the whole earth. Not only devours but tramples down the remains and breaks it all to pieces. Now out of that beast, will come 10 horns which represents 10 kings or leaders. And then from among the 10 nations that the 10 kings represent, another leader will arise. But he has no kingdom, yet. But he will somehow subdue 3 kings and take their authority.

What makes this prophecy so very special is the fact that this week, President Trump has released more information on his “Board of Peace” plan to monitor the second phase of his peace plan. And how many people will be on this board of peace? Ten.

When is the Rapture?

Here we see yet another proof that the rapture must take place before these events. The next passage says he will “wear out the saints of the Most High”. But how can that be? Jesus says the gates of hell itself shall not prevail against us. There can only be one conclusion: The saints talked about here, aren’t us. They are the saints who have gotten saved after the rapture of the church.

But What does the prophecy mean?

Daniel 2 and 7 together give a four‑kingdom sequence that virtually all classic Jewish and Christian interpreters map as Babylon, Medo‑Persia, Greece, and Rome, with the iron kingdom clearly following Greece in history. Major commentators across centuries (early church fathers through modern conservatives) explicitly call the fourth kingdom the Roman Empire, noting its unique “iron” strength, expansion, and ability to crush and absorb all before it.

As for right now, we have to assume that this beast is merely representation of the Roman Empire, that truly was an empire like none other before it. The overwhelming brutality, the sadistic nature of the empire and their thirst for violence was like nothing the world had seen. Their unique method of execution, by crucifixion, which was also unique in the ancient world. A method of slow, agonizing form of capital punishment.

But the information that isn’t well known is the land that was part of the Roman Empire in the middle east. Typically, we think of the Roman Empire as consisting mainly of Europe and the Mediterranean basin.

At its height, the Roman Empire controlled essentially the entire eastern Mediterranean and Levant, plus key parts of the inland Middle East. Large areas of what is now the Middle East were directly organized into Roman provinces.

Regions of today that Rome held

At or near its greatest extent (especially under Trajan), Rome ruled territories that correspond to parts or all of these modern states:

  • Turkey (Asia Minor/Anatolia).
  • Syria and Lebanon (Roman Syria, Phoenicia, Coele Syria).
  • Israel and Palestine (Judea, later Syria Palaestina).
  • Jordan (Arabia Petraea and related territories).
  • Egypt (Aegyptus).
  • Parts of Iraq and northeastern regions (Mesopotamia, Osroene, Euphratensis, briefly under Trajan).
  • Parts of northwest Arabia / Hejaz via the province of Arabia and allied client kingdoms.

So in prophetic terms, a very large slice of the biblical Middle East—Levant, Egypt, parts of Arabia and Mesopotamia—was indeed under Roman control, which is why a “revived Roman” concept can naturally connect both Europe and substantial Middle Eastern territory

In light of this information, it is easy to see how 10 kings from the middle east could be formed from the borders of the old Roman Empire. That’s exactly how a lot of solid prophecy teachers connect the dots: ten horns as ten kings “out of this kingdom” fits a future ten‑part bloc emerging from the old Roman sphere—Europe plus its Middle‑East holdings—rather than from a totally different empire. In that frame, the revived Roman realm is broader than just Brussels; it reasonably includes both European and Middle Eastern successors to Roman territory, which makes a ten‑nation confederacy spanning those zones very easy to envision.

Bible prophecy is lining up exactly as predicted. Now pay attention to what I’m about to say. Time is running out! This 10 nation confederacy ushers in the antichrist! The time is at hand! Don’t just put this off. For all we know, this could be God reaching out to you one more time. I’m not big on giving an invitation, but if you’d like to know Jesus, it’s incredibly easy. All you need to do is make a decision:

9 because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For with the heart one believes and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is saved. – Romans 10:9-10 ESV
