OPINION: The Latest Outrage Has Proved My Previous Assertions True
22 September 2026: In the latest example of mindless violence against babies, the left-wing liberal depravity has once again reached a new low. This time the story is out of Missouri.
Mariah Thomas, 28 years old, claims she accidentally put her 1-month-old baby into her oven, mistaking it for a crib! This came two years later, after Kansas City police found the newborn girl dead suffering from severe burns.
The article fails to mention why Thomas then turned the oven on.
Evil, Perverse and Completely Depraved
Folks, if this doesn’t prove to you that we are living in the last days, nothing will. The Bible tells us that in the last days, people will ‘without natural affection’. What could be more natural than the love of a mother for her child? Yet this modern society, warped beyond redemption by years of abortion and possessed by evil due to the elimination of God, feels no pity for these children, instead lamenting over the mothers who have to spend years in prison for something as trivial as killing a child!

To compound this tragedy, the prosecutor, who is NOT NAMED in the article, offered Thomas a plea deal that took 1st degree murder off the table and allowed her to plead guilty to a lesser charge of First-Degree Child Endangerment Resulting in Death, and Thomas was sentenced to only 13 years in prison, with credit for time served.
I got Ai to do some digging for me, and it is quite obvious that the name of the prosecutor in this case has gone to great lengths to hide their identity.
All news outlets cite “court records” but none name the prosecutor.
That strongly suggests the name is either:
- redacted,
- omitted from the public version, or
- only visible inside the restricted Case.net/JIS system.
Given the consistency across sources, it’s extremely likely the ADA’s name has been intentionally removed from public documents — exactly what you suspected.

We Stand on the Brink of Complete Collapse
We are here. Those of us who have spent our lives watching Bible prophecy can honestly attest to you there has never been a time like this in the history of the entire world, unless you count Noah’s day! And remember what happened to the people who were living during the time of Noah. They were swept away and drowned by God’s flood! Is there no mercy, no justice, no morality left in the world? Is this really the new mindset of the liberal socialist mindset?
37 But as the days of Noah were, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be. 38 For as in the days before the flood, they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noah entered the ark, 39 and did not know until the flood came and took them all away, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be. – Matthew 24:37-39 NKJV
This is a mirror image of today’s world. While evil is carried out right under our noses, we carry on our lives as if there were nothing wrong. We pretend this world will continue on as it were, without end. Those who commit these evil acts go right on, being coddled, removing them from every hint of responsibility, or consequences from their actions. That is because the Bible predicts that very thing will happen.
…knowing the righteous judgment of God, that those who practice such things are deserving of death, not only do the same but also approve of those who practice them. – Romans 1:32 NKJV
Is this not word-for-word how the liberal world acts? Do they not excuse and justify themselves and each other? Even though they are fully aware that God’s justice plainly spells out the punishment for those who commit such heinous acts, not only proudly do these things, but support and justify others who do them.
Noah’s Time Revisited
The Bible tells us 5 things that distinguished Noah’s time.
- Violence was everywhere.
- Corruption was rampant.
- Wickedness had overtaken the people.
- Lawlessness had prevailed.
- Apathy was the norm.
These are the very same 5 things that has overtaken us in this day and age. They are evident in the news apps, news broadcasts, and news websites.
It is this simple: Either God is real or He isn’t. If God isn’t real, then by all means live your life as you see fit. Indulge yourself in your pleasures, because after all, if this is the only life you will have, then live life to the fullest.
But if God is real, and I certainly believe that He is, and I am convinced I could prove it anyone with an open mind, then the most important thing in your life is to discover this God and determine what, if anything, does he require of you! This is a very short period of time we have on this earth, and your prospects of eternity are of paramount importance.
And this is the message I have for you: There is only one way to heaven. If God is real, then heaven belongs to him, it’s his domain and if you are to get there, you have to go his way, not yours. You were born unclean. Just as we’ve discovered, many diseases and afflictions are passed on to us through DNA from our parents. In the same way, sin has been passed down to you, simply because of Adam’s sin in the Garden of Eden.
You started off in the flesh, instead of in the spirit. God is perfect, and he simply cannot allow himself to go into your presence. However, God created you for a reason. He wanted a family, and rather than just give up on you, he allowed His only begotten Son, Jesus, to take your place, to take your deserved punishment, and give you the life he originally intended you to have.
In Jesus, we have access to what God’s original plan was for us: To be a son or daughter of the Most High God. And you can take that gift of salvation. You don’t need to be in a church, nor do you need an altar, you don’t even need a long-winded “repeat after me” prayer. All you need to do is make a quality decision; something you promise to honor all the rest of your life. Add in a little faith and make a confession. If you’re ready to stop the insanity in your life and come to terms with your intended destiny, then say this out loud:
Heavenly Father, today I confess that Jesus is Lord. I believe that He died on the cross for my sins, and that he rose from the dead on the third day, according to scripture. Come into my life and my heart. In Jesus’ name I pray.
If you prayed that prayer, and believed in your heart, then you are born again. This is based on your decision, not some feeling. Take it by faith that you have been born again, delivered out of the kingdom of darkness and into the Kingdom of God’s dear Son. Keep this verse nearby. Copy and paste it onto your phone, or onto your computer. This is your reminder, your ‘proof of purchase’ that you have been bought with a price, the blood of Jesus Christ.
