As the Apostle Paul told us “For the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh but have divine power to destroy strongholds.” – 2 Corinthians 10:4 (ESV) We don’t have to rely on human means to affect change, the power of prayer is by far the strongest power we have to combat the evil we see in the world. The devil trembles at the power of a Christian knelt in prayer.

7 May, 2026: Pray for the people affected by layoffs and job closings. In this day and time, losing a career can be most devastating. Pray that these people will be supported by God and comforted. Pray that good opportunities will come along. According to Psalm 91 “No evil shall befall thee, neither shall any plague come near thy dwelling” (Psalm 91:10 KJV).
11 May 2026: Pray for people who are being swayed by the latest round of nonsense filtering in through the news. This idea that aliens exist and they are our actual creators, not God, and Christianity is wrong. This is exactly the type of end time deceptions that Jesus warned us about. Pray that our own faith will sustain us through these troubling times. Pray that God will strengthen the faith of those are are new and weak in their faith.
15 May, 2026: Pray for the people in Searsmont, Maine. At Robbins Lumber Company a devastating silo explosion. As of now, there hasn’t been anyone reported to be killed, and for that we are grateful. However, eleven people are reported to be injured. Let’s pray a prayer of agreement that each and everyone of them will survive and that their wounds will heal quickly.
Let us also pray that our country will fight off this liberal, socialist assault. Pray that these liberal politicians will not be elected or re-elected. Let’s fight this battle with prayer and leave this country as undefeated warriors.
